Carry On.
That's the title of Tom Dolan's new single, scheduled for release in early 2010. It's also the story of his life. As a boy he was a severe asthmatic, so his parents focused on music lessons. Unable to play with the other kids, he grew up as an outsider with little self-esteem.

Then he was in a near fatal car/train collision! "It's a miracle I wasn't crushed, AND an ambulance just happened to be going by! God was surely looking out for me that day."

Years later, Tom still has asthma, but now holds an M.A. in Exercise Physiology, a 6th Degree Black Belt, and owns "Tom's Fitness" in Paris, IL.

He also finds inspiration there: "We're all walking the same journey. I'll see things going on and the songs just seem to resonate with others."

As a trainer, Tom's "Biggest Losers" have lost up to 60 lbs in just 12 weeks, and his classes are highly attended. "It all comes down to things you do every day" which he wrote about in "Bodies-in-Balance: How to Eat Right & Exercise Smart."
